We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance team.

B. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

C. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Janta Tailoring & Textiles Co. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Janta Tailoring & Textiles Co.

2. Terms Specific to Products

A. Bespoke Tailoring Services (Abayas & Draa’as)

  1. Measurements and Fit: Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements when placing a custom order. We follow the measurements and design specifications provided by you.

  2. Alterations: If the finished garment deviates significantly from the agreed-upon measurements due to our error, we will offer one complimentary alteration. If the error is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, alterations will be performed for a service fee, as detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy.

  3. Completion Time: Estimated completion and delivery times for custom tailoring are provided as a guide only and are subject to change based on fabric availability and workshop capacity. We are not liable for reasonable delays.

  4. No Returns on Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of tailoring, custom-tailored Abayas and Draa’as are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of material defect as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.

B. Perfumes and Jewellery

  1. Product Representation: We strive for accurate visual representation of our perfumes and jewellery. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or size may occur.

  2. Hygiene and Safety: Due to hygiene standards, certain items (e.g., earrings) and products with broken seals (e.g., perfume bottles) are non-returnable after opening or use. Refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from the Service pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  2. Delivery Information: You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address. Janta Tailoring & Textiles Co. is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  3. Customs and Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes levied by your country.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Janta Tailoring & Textiles Co., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
