At Janta Tailoring & Textiles Co., your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the custom nature of our Abayas and the hygiene requirements for Perfumes and Jewellery.
General Conditions
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Time Limit: All eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

1. Tailored Abayas & Draa’as (Custom Items)
Due to the personalized nature of our tailoring services, our policy for Abayas and Draa’as is focused on ensuring the perfect fit and rectifying craftsmanship issues.
A. Fit and Alterations
Since Abayas and Draa’as are created based on the specific measurements you provide, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-tailored garments.

Free Alterations: If the garment does not fit due to an error in our craftsmanship (i.e., it doesn’t match the measurements provided), we will offer one complimentary round of alterations. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the garment.

Customer Measurement Errors: If the garment does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we can perform the necessary alterations for a small service fee.
B. Material Defects
If a tailored garment has a defect in the fabric or stitching unrelated to fit, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
2. Perfume and Fine Jewellery (Standard Retail Items)
These products are subject to strict hygiene and quality control standards.
A. Jewellery (Non-Custom)

Eligibility: Jewellery may be returned for a full refund or exchange if it is unused, unworn, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be defective upon arrival.
B. Perfumes

Eligibility: Perfumes may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original cellophane or packaging.

Exclusions: Once a perfume bottle has been opened or the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to hygiene and safety regulations.
3. Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (for eligible retail items), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or wrong item).
